DataChassi AB is owned by CombiQ AB to approximately 65% and by VTT, Volvo Technology Transfer AB,to approximately 35%.

Board of directors for DataChassi are:

• Per Wassèn, chairman of the board of DataChassi, director of investment at VTT, Volvo Technology Transfer, with many years of experience from startup companies.
• Hans Persson, development manager at VTEC, Volvo Technology, forms a bridge to development at Volvo.
• Bo Ireståhl, many years of experience from logistics. Most recent involvement, responsible for IT at DHL Northern Europe.
• Sigvard Orre, has extensive experience from several vehicle manufacturers. Sigvard is currently active in marketing but also has experience in product development, product launches and retail operation.
• Also attending the board are Datachassi's executive team:
• Werner Hilliges, CEO.
